I stopped in last week and had a good experience. The staff were friendly right from the start, and the person at the front desk greeted me quickly without making things awkward, even though I was running a little late. My barber was easy to talk to and made sure to check in with me before taking more off, which I really appreciated. I felt relaxed the whole time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the wait ended up being a little longer than I expected, but everyone was kind and handled it well. I left feeling taken care of, and that matters a lot

I’ve been going here for a few months now, i guess what I like most is that it’s just consistent. The cuts are always good, the people are friendly, and there haven’t been any weird surprises or awkward moments. That’s pretty much why I keep coming back.

I went in for a beard trim and, uh, it came out really clean. The lines were sharp, everything looked neat, and I left feeling happy with it.

Am I the only one who thought this Floyd’s location looked way easier to get to online than it actually was? I booked through floydsbarbershop.com because it seemed close enough, but once I got there, the parking was tight and the traffic around the area made it more of a hassle than I expected.
The haircut itself was fine, so no real complaints there. It’s just not a super convenient spot for me personally. If you live nearby, it might not be a big deal, but I probably wouldn’t go back unless they open one that’s easier for me to get to.

I went to Floyd’s the easy parking was such a relief. You know how annoying it can be when you’re already trying not to be late and then you have to circle forever? That didn’t happen here, which I really appreciated.

There were spots close by, and getting in and out was quick. I feel like that makes a bigger difference than people realize, especially on a busy day, right?

When I mentioned it, I got one of those canned apologies that felt more like a script than someone actually listening, which was kind of frustrating.
